BetKong Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Use

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legal agreement between the BetKong platform ("BetKong", "we", "us") and the user ("you", "member"). BetKong is an online betting and gaming platform operating under an international gaming license.

Registering on BetKong, logging into your account, or using any part of the platform means you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions in full. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please refrain from using BetKong.

BetKong serves users in Bangladesh and a number of other countries. However, each user is solely responsible for complying with the laws of their own jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to ensure that online betting is legal where you are located.

To open an account with BetKong, you must meet the following requirements:

• Each individual may only register one account.

BetKong may request a copy of your national ID, passport, or other government-issued identification for account verification. Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete.

You are fully responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Any unauthorized activity on your account must be reported to BetKong immediately.

The following rules apply when placing bets on BetKong:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — however, a Cash Out option may be available.
• Each bet has a set minimum and maximum stake — these limits may vary by market.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, BetKong reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• BetKong is not liable for delays in bet acceptance caused by connectivity issues during live betting.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, the bet will be voided and the stake returned.

BetKong sets odds independently, based on real-time data. BetKong reserves the right to cap the maximum payout on any bet.

If suspicious activity or signs of fraud are detected, BetKong reserves the right to suspend any bet pending investigation.

• Minimum deposit: ৳100
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Withdrawal processing time: typically 30 minutes to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals are processed faster on verified accounts.

Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the original deposit. Transfers to third-party accounts are not permitted.

BetKong offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer carries its own terms, which will be detailed on the respective offer page.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing any winnings earned with bonus funds.
• Attempting to claim the same bonus more than once may result in account suspension.
• BetKong reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

Voucher codes must be used within their valid period. Expired vouchers will not be accepted.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on BetKong:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering using a false identity or fraudulent information.
• Betting fraud or collusion (where two parties attempt to manipulate the outcome together).
• Using software or bots to place bets automatically.
• Using BetKong for money laundering or as a channel for funds from illegal sources.
• Attempting unauthorized access to other members' accounts.
• Attempting to compromise BetKong's systems or security.

BetKong is not liable for the following:

• Bets lost due to internet connection failure.
• Transaction delays due to issues with third-party payment providers.
• Losses resulting from a user's failure to secure their own password.
• Temporary service interruptions caused by technical issues.

BetKong always strives to deliver the highest quality of service. However, BetKong's liability is limited in the event of unforeseen technical issues.

BetKong may suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to cooperate with the verification process.
• Upon detection of suspicious betting patterns.
• Extended inactivity (over 12 months).

Users may also request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Any verified balance will be available for withdrawal before the account is closed.

If you have a dispute with BetKong, please contact our customer service team first. Most issues can be resolved directly through discussion.

If an issue cannot be resolved through customer service, users may escalate their complaint to an independent dispute resolution body. BetKong is committed to fair and transparent dispute resolution at all times.

In disputes relating to betting outcomes, BetKong's system logs will be considered the definitive record.

These terms and conditions are governed by the legal framework of BetKong's licensing authority. Any legal disputes will be settled in the courts of that jurisdiction.

BetKong considers the Bengali version of these Terms & Conditions to be the governing document. Translations in other languages are for reference only.

If any part of these terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
